Began Real Estate career with Matt Hermes and Heartland Realty in 1997. Previous to 1997 sold John Deere farm equipment to area farmers for twenty years. Although the selling of an item whether it be a house, a farm, or a piece of farm equipment, can be both challenging or rewarding, it is the relationship you build with the people you deal with that is the most important to me. You build a trust that keeps you confident that the realtor you deal with has your best interests in mind rather than just making a sale. Selling Real Estate in the Dixon area is another part that I take pride in. I have been here all my life and am proud of it. It is an old saying in Real Estate that location is everything.
