Matt Hermes is the Broker/Owner of Heartland Realty, and has been selling real estate for over thirty-one years. Matt was born and raised on a farm South of Dixon, and he has been involved in agriculture and the Dixon community his entire life. His hope to set up a successful business for both his family and his clients brought about the start of his real estate office, Heartland Realty in 1986.
